Folking (formerly Crossing Borders, produced through We Who Move & Two Rivers Radio York) has teamed up with Folkworks to bring you the music, dance, and folkloric traditions of the world. In these featured artist interviews, we’ll introduce you to independent, global folk artists, showcasing their music & lived experiences as tradition bearers and tradition-makers. Occasionally, we will also explore the history of well-known folk songs and lesser known customs, seeking to spark dialogue on modern issues through the lens of folklore and history.
